User experience
Covid -19 brought disruption in the lifestyles of everyone. Safety precautions became the topmost priority in every aspect. In order to cater to the new normal living and to provide a safe experience to the user, new kiosks had to be designed.
The aim of this project was to come up with multiple variations of kiosks suited best for each of the various locations and its target audience.

Self-service kiosk at the hospitals - Stand-alone Kiosk
Consists of a Tablet, a Sanitizer dispenser, Temperature sensor, Receipt dispenser.​

Self-service kiosks at public spaces e.g. malls, metro, etc. - Stand-alone Kiosk with UVC box as an extension
Consists of a Tablet, a Sanitizer dispenser, Temperature sensor, UVC box for sterilizing visitor bags, etc.​

Self-service kiosk for offices - Table-top Kiosk
Consists of a Sanitizer dispenser, Temperature sensor, a Tablet.
KIOSK - A computer terminal featuring specialized hardware and software that provides access to information and applications for communication, commerce, entertainment, or education.

The general purpose of a self-service kiosk is to expedite customer interaction, ensuring a quick and easy exchange for both sides.
ERGONOMICS
Indians are 158.76cm (5 feet 2.50 inches) tall on average.
An average Indian man is 164.94cm (5 feet 4.93 inches) tall.
The average Indian woman is 152.58cm (5 feet 0.07 inches) tall.
Focus: Universal Design.
Universal design can be defined as the design of entities that can be used and experienced by people of all abilities, to the greatest extent possible, without adaptations.

The maximum population is very conscious about getting their pictures clicked when it comes to having an identity card/ any kind of identity-defining document. Hence, it is very important that the camera is placed in such a way that it captures the best of the user's profile.
